Team Sport Athletes
Personal SessionsK17SPORT offers numerous Personal or Semi Private Sessions: Strength, Core, Speed and Agility, Run, Swim, Open Water Swimming, Cycling, Transition Training (for multisport athletes) - these session usually run for about 1hr - 1:15. Coach will lead the workout from start to finish going through warm up, stretching (static and dynamic), main set, and finish up with cool down and stretching. For certain disciplines, safety guidelines will be laid out as well. We have worked with athletes from the following sports: football, basketball, lacrosse, volleyball, soccer, track, cross-country, swimming, and softball.

Team sessionsK17SPORT does provide specialized group training sessions for Sport Teams and Organizations. We specialize in strength workouts and speed and agility workouts. We have worked with basketball, lacrosse, football, soccer, track, and swimming The program runs for 6-8 sessions and is customized to the age of your team, the sport being played, the number of athletes and the ability of your team. When it comes to speed and agility work we focus a lot on running mechanics as well as power and explosiveness. Have the ability to work with groups from 5-30 athletes
