Personal Session Opportunities

Personal Sessions

K17SPORT offers numerous Personal or Semi Private Sessions: Strength, Core, Speed and Agility, Run, Swim, Open Water Swimming, Cycling, Transition Training (for multisport athletes) - these session usually run for about 1hr - 1:30.  Coach will lead the workout from start to finish going through warm up, stretching (static and dynamic), main set, and finish up with cool down and stretching.  For certain disciplines, safety guidelines will be laid out as well.  

Benchmark testing

K17SPORT offers benchmark testing in Endurance Running, Cycling, Swimming and Speed - Coach will meet with athletes in person and run athlete through a specific sequence of exercises and mark down the interval at which athlete completes each task.  A chart and a detailed report will then be created with athletes strengths, weaknesses, areas to improve on, and will be given to athlete.  There will be an in person meeting to go over all data gathered and an explanation of the report.  

Video analysis​

​K17SPORT offers Video Analysis for athletes to get an up close look at all the small details and intricacies in your form and technique.  We specialize in swim and running video analysis.  Videos are taken in a relaxed state and again when the body is under stress during a workout.  Athlete will be put through a workout to mimic race conditions so we can see the body and form breakdown to find the strengths and weakness in the form.  K17SPORT will compile all the footage taken and create a report from what was observed.  An in person consultation will be conducted after the workout to review the footage and discuss strengths, weaknesses, areas to improve upon and what actions can be taken to enhance your performance. 

Scholarship Package - youth

This package will provide young adult (high school/collegiate) athletes a partial-scholarship for the coaching packages and services that I offer.  It is designed for young athletes to help them develop and sharpen their skill sets, encourage them in their growth as athletes, and help them to see that athletics is more than times and places but it is a lifetime journey to discover their true potential in many facets of their life.  The packages run about 40% off of the above packages and get everything in those packages.
