"My goal as a coach is to provide my athletes with a transforming endurance sport and fitness experience with a very hands on approach. It isn't my goal to simply produce workouts for my athletes, it is the connection and bond with my athletes that I wish to develop and strengthen. I want to create an experience for them that they will never forget."
Team Clinics - Speed & Agility
TEAM CLINICS - K17SPORT Fitness can help your team become faster, stronger and develop strong team unity/bond. This clinic will run your athletes through workouts to help improve their overall strength, speed, agility and team development. We spend a lot of time on Team Building as this is the keystone to any team getting better and reaching their true potential. We work with all different levels/ages of athletic teams and sports. We have worked with soccer, basketball, football, lacrosse, swimming, and other youth organizations to create specialized programs together for the needs of each specific team. We utilize bullet belts, sprinting and resistance sleds, resistance bands, bungee cords, parachutes and much more to teach proper running form, build sprinting strength, and muscular endurance. K17SPORT can hold 4, 6, and 8 week long team clinics usually taking place 1-2 times per week. Please contact K17 for more information.

Private 1 on 1 Session
K17SPORT offers numerous 1 on 1 sessions: Strength Training, Core Training, Speed and Agility Training, Run Training, Swim Training, Open Water Training and Bike Training, Transition Training (for Triathletes) - these session usually run for about 1hr - 1:30. Coach will lead the workout from start to finish going through warm up, stretching (static and dynamic), main set, and finish up with cool down and stretching. Benchmark Testing
K17SPORT offers benchmark testing in Endurance Running, Cycling, Swimming and Speed - Coach will meet with athletes in person and run athlete through a specific sequence of exercises and mark down the interval at which athlete completes each task. A chart and a detailed report will then be created with athletes strengths, weaknesses, areas to improve on, and will be given to athlete. There will be an in person meeting to go over all data gathered and an explanation of the report. For more information:

Video Analysis
K17SPORT offers Video Analysis for athletes to get an up close look at all the small details in your form and technique. We specialize in swim and running video analysis. Videos are taken in a relaxed state and again when the body is under stress during a workout. Athlete will be put through a workout to mimic race conditions so we can see the body and form breakdown to find weaknesses in the form. K17SPORT will compile all the footage taken and create a report of what was observed from the workout at the site and also through the video. An in person consultation will be conducted after the workout to review the footage and discuss strengths, weaknesses, areas to improve upon and what actions can be taken to enhance your performance.
