PINNACLE DISTANCE RUNNING PROGRAM
Pinnacle Distance Running Program: Designed specifically for Elite High School Distance Runners (Boys and Girls) offering runners an opportunity to train together once a week for approximately a month and a half before their Fall season begins. The best distance runners of the Lehigh Valley will train with the best. In order to achieve the goals, you have set, you need to train in an environment that pushes and propels you forward.

As a Professional Coach and passionate runner/endurance athlete myself, I want to create an environment for top-notch distance athletes and help them reach even higher levels – developing faster times, stronger runners, more mentally tough athletes, and all around better runners. This program aims to continue and further enhance Lehigh Valley’s rock solid tradition of amazing high school distance runners.
Training Program Details:
Program: Sign ups must be received by Wednesday June 12th, 2019

Duration: 5 training sessions 1hr-1:30
Dates: 6/17, 6/24, 7/1, 7/8, 7/15
Time: 6-730 pm
Location: Will vary depending on focus of workout – Lehigh University Track, Grange Park, Cedar Beach Allentown, etc. – We will be training on the track, cinder trails, hills, XC courses, speed work on grass, and hitting varied running surfaces
Equipment: Athletes will be required to bring water or electrolyte drinks to stay hydrated, bring training shoes, racing flats/spikes
